This is suitable for a student who is a beginner or at an intermediate or advanced level. Yoga is a path to well-being, it is stress reducing as it promotes deep breathing and relaxation, inner peace and restful sleep. It also improves flexibility, strength, balance, stability and concentration. The mobile yoga teacher offers private tuition in the comfort of your own home whilst providing mats and other yoga accessories if required. Integral yoga includes: Asanas (yoga postures) Pranayama (breathing exercises) Meditation Savasana and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) The yogic diet and philosophy This tailored experience allows you to choose the length of class you desire as it is charged in half hour instalments. You are welcome to choose an introductory class of 30 minutes, which is aimed at the beginner who is looking for a taster session. You can also choose a 60 minute, 90 minute, or a full 2 hour class. The 30 minute class is built up of 5 minutes breathing exercises, 20 minutes of introductory yoga postures and a 5 minute relaxation to end with. The 60 minute class has 10 minutes breathing exercises, 40 minutes of posture work and a 10 minute relaxation or meditation. The 90 minute class has 10-15 minutes breathing exercises, 60-65 minutes of posture work and a 15 minute deep relaxation or meditation. The 2 hour class consists of 15 minutes breathing exercises. 60 minutes posture work, 15 minutes meditation, and 30 minutes at the end to use as you choose, this could include a full Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) an introduction to yogic philosophy, diet or a further directed meditation.
